New president at the head of Anecoop

Anecoop, the largest production network in Spain and the first exporter of fruits and vegetables.

The Board of Governors of the cooperative chose as President Alejandro Monzón, replacing Juan Safont who held this position since 2003.

Alejandro Monzón is 39 years old, he is a farmer-vintner for 20 years. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the cooperative Cheste Agraria for 10 years the  president of which  he has been since 2010. Since 2012 he was Vice President of Anecoop.

Anecoop currently includes 72 cooperatives in 10 Spanish provinces. Anecoop exports to 64 countries, its sales network is strategically located in major markets, such as France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Russia and China.
