General meetings and new office for Saint-Charles International

Organization of 2 General Meetings of the Syndicat du Lotissement de Saint Charles International. For one, election of administrators and then for the Bureau, for the other, presentation of development and layout projects for the platform for the coming years.
An Extraordinary General Meeting was held concerning the strategic plan for the development and layout of the platform. Subject to a vote, the projects presented are part of the development plan entitled “Saint-Charles 2020–2040”. They aim to durably rethink the overall development of the platform, its traffic plan, the services to be provided to users, land, securing access and opening up the site.
These moments of discussion were also an opportunity for the 61 co-owners of the private site of Saint Charles International to take stock of the past year. In 2019, the results were generally positive, particularly in terms of on-site admissions, which increased compared to the previous year, proof of the dynamism of the platform and its attractiveness.
As every 2 years, this assembly was elective. The 61 co-owners therefore proceeded to elect the directors and then the Bureau. All outgoing directors have been renewed in their mandates, as well as a new candidacy which was validated during this election.
