MAAP possesses the most extensive photovoltaic systems that gives it a positive energy balance.
The Mercato Agroalimentare Padova (MAAP) is largely generating surplus energy with its photovoltaic system.
The MAAP has the largest area of photovoltaic plants in Italy.
The surface of 62,000 m2 can generate 5 MWatt / year while its needs are just 1 MWatt. The balance is positive and MAAP is selling this excess energy.
