In Oleiros, the province of A Coruña, Spain, the Lúa de Dexo farm grows the "most beautiful tomato in Spain". Its "gominola" or "jelly bean" cherry, won the first prize at the 2nd Cantabria Tomato Festival (Italy).
This fruit is available to try in 6 restaurants in A Coruña: Pracer Zalaeta, the Jaleo wine bar, Zicatela, Gloria Bendita, Culuca and Eclectic, according to local media.
In addition, 2 more varieties produced at this farm participated in the contest: the "Cherry Mexillón de Lorbé" and "apementado".
