Allard Emballages changed hands. After 85 years of management by the Allard family, Allard Emballages has entered into an agreement which allows the recovery of all capital from the group Valois.

The complementary nature of the products and services offered by Valois and Allard Emballages will allow the new company to build on the solid foundation and strong historical experience, in order to offer a wide range of products and services that integrate.
