Anecoop launches a vast European communication campaign for Bouquet watermelons

Anecoop launches a campaign in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and in France to promote its Bouquet watermelons variety.
Anecoop, first Spanish company of fruit and vegetables marketing, presented “Pastéques Bouquet” on 2010.
This global advertising campaign for watermelons represents a 175.000 € investment for the Spanish national campaign and 350.000 for the international campaign on 4 European countries (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and France).
Advertisements in magazines, in subway, on streetcars and buses, advertising hoardings and stands of tasting in big cities, presence on Internet.
"By increasing our international presence with this campaign, we wish to maintain our position as the 1st operator in Europe" declared Juan Safont, President of Anecoop.
Anecoop represents 22 % of the Spanish watermelons production and 30 % of its exports. For the 2008/2009 campaign, 100 million kilos of watermelons was sold, among which 76 million "Bouquets".
