Poland has 4 times increased export volumes to Belorussia and Kazakhstan
Due to embargo from Russian party, Poland managed to significantly increase export volumes of fruits to Belorussia and Kazakhstan. Polish fruits producers have exported around 2800 tons of fruits to Belorussia and more than 1500 tons – to Kazakhstan in September 2014. Moreover Poland has supplied fruits to Ukraine and Serbia during this period. According to the official data, volumes of fruit export from Poland to other countries have bounced back by 30% comparing to the previous year figures. Volumes plunge could be traced to embargo on products delivery to Russia. Local specialists are not able to predict further tendencies of fruits and vegetables export from Poland to other countries. It stands to mention that Belorussia and Kazakhstan could become the top-priority markets for Polish fruits producers this year.
