Photovoltaic plant and V range for Ambruosi & Viscardi

Ambruosi & Viscardi, well-established leader company for I range (fresh) and IV range (fresh and washed), lanches for 2012 the new V range production (fresh, washed and cooked).

The company based in Marche takes a lot of care to the whole supply chain, from the seed to the final product, and it extends its product line by introducing vegetables that are cut, cooked and ready to eat, after a quick passage in the microwave or in the traditional oven. This new line even better meets the consumers' requirements, since nowadays people have less time and wish good quality and price. Production is mainly direct (95%).

The company works for the whole year, and it applies to partners only for winter products, having the same tracking requirements as the whole production by Ambruosi & Viscardi. As for V range, the company wishes to offer fresh, cooked products, that people can eat before not too long, in order to guarntee a high level of quality, at a reduced price, because there is nearly no intermediate passage. Production line controlled and short, then.

Other relevant news: photovoltaic plants have been installed in any company building/greenhouse since December 2010. With the usual attention to environment, lorries are being converted to methane and discard parts are used for biogas and other recycling.
