While imports from Russia increased by 42 % during this period , particularly with the purchase of lemons ( 47 %) , mandarins (+ 41%) , oranges ( 39 %) and grapefruit ( + 37 %) compared to the same period last year , Iraq 's imports fell by 2 % over the same period, due to a substantial decrease (- 28 %) of its mandarins imports .
