Metro opens 2nd warehouse in Paris

Metro has opened its second facility in Paris, in the 12th arrondissement of the city.

Situated in the east of the capital, avenue des Terroirs de France, in the new district of Bercy, the new warehouse offers 3,000 m2 of sales area. The food area is extensive, with several "extra fresh" sectors (fruit and vegetablev, meat, oil, meat and cheese) .90% of the area is dedicated to food, 60% fresh product.

By opening its second store in Paris, Metro Cash & Carry France follows the law implemented March 20, 2011, easing protection of ‘Marchés d’intérêt national’ (Markets in the national interest).
