The GRAND FRAIS stores include 5 product lines, including a large Fruits & Vegetables department.
ARDIAN has just signed an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in the PROSOL group, which operates the majority of GRAND FRAIS stores.
PROSOL is at the origin of the original concept of GRAND FRAIS stores. These stores replicate a traditional market by combining several product ranges on a surface of 1 000m2: Fruits & Vegetables, cheese and fish (3 shelves managed by PROSOL) as well as the butcher et fine foods (shelves managed by specialists partners).
Established in 1992, the brand has seen very strong growth in recent years. With a pace of openings from 15 to 25 new stores per year. The group's annual turnover would exceed 1 billion euros.
