Russia threatens to ban Serbian fruits

Serbia has increased its apple exports to Russia by 48 % in a few months and is strongly suspected by the Russian authorities to re -export it.
Rosselkhoznadzor , the Russian health agency , questions Serbian apples exports. Serbia has exported 118,000 tons of apples to Russia an increase in volumes of 48%.
The Russian agency suspects that the " Serbian " apples are actually re- exported Polish apples. The Russians have sought clarification from the Serbian authorities who have ten days to provide answers .After this time , without satisfactory explanation , the agency RIA Novesti , Russia could ban all fruit imports from Serbia.
