Cherries exports have increased

The season was satisfactory for Australian cherries exports which recorded an increase of about 30% compared to the previous season.
Cherry Growers Australia , the Association of Australian producers , estimates the cherries volume exported to be nearly 3,500 tons.
Destinations totaling 31 countries , with an overwhelming majority ( 90%) in Asia.The four countries at the top of the export ranking are Hong Kong, thenSingapore, China (323 tonnes this season or + 114 %) and Taiwan.
