1 million trays provided for Nergi® 3rd season

Marketed since 2013 in France by Primland, baby kiwis Nergi® will begin their 3rd season. They will be available for sale from 25 August.

With over 150 hectares of orchards installed since 2009, mainly in the Southwest of France, Portugal, Italy and the Netherlands, production Nergi® looks excellent.

For this season 2015 forecasts are 1 million 125g trays (Unit Sales Consumer) the 2014 season had totaled 600,000 trays and the previous 150,000. Nergi® will primarily target markets where consumption of fruit berry is the most dynamic: France with 1/3 of the market, Germany, Italy, Benelux and the UK.
