A new step for BONDUELLE, which has set itself the ambition of being "the world reference that ensures well-being through plant food".
BONDUELLE announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire READY PAC FOODS, a California-based company and the number one producer of single serving salads in the United States.
READY PAC FOODS offers a wide range of ready-to-use salads, including fruit, vegetables, snacks and full courses (Bistro®, Ready Snax®, Cool Cuts®, in North America. READY PAC FOODS has 4 production plants in Irwindale (CA), Jackson (GA), Florence and Swedesboro (NJ) and has 3,500 employees.
This acquisition will strengthen BONDUELLE's international presence and radically change its profile, making the United States its first country of operation, pursuing a long series of successful acquisitions in North America, particularly CARRIER FOOD in Canada in 2007 and ALLENS In the US in 2012, and expense its first segment of business.
