Alliance attempt between the ports of Genoa and Savona

Future structure that could compete with European competitors.

Compete with other major European ports and attempt to shelter the new laws. Indeed, the new Italian government is considering a reduction in the number of port authorities, public bodies that govern the ports. 40 kms distant from the ports of Genoa and Savona attempting the alliance.
