Growth of +32% in Peruvian exports

Excellent performance of Peruvian exports of fruit and vegetables from the beginning of the year.
According to statistics of AGAP (Asociación de Productores Gremios Agrarios del Perú), the Agricultural Producers Association, Peruvian exports of fruit and vegetables grew by +32% during the first 4 months of 2014, compared to figures achieved last year. Exports of fruits and vegetables brought in $ 557 million over this period.
By product, the best performance returns to blueberry (Arándanos) which made +438.1% increase, then citrus +95.9%, fresh grapes +77.8% and mangoes +25.6%.
