VI International Congress of Red Fruits will be held on September 15-16
Fruit Logistica, an important event for the fruit and vegetable sector worldwide, collaborates with Freshuelva, the association of strawberry producers and exporters in Huelva, in the organization of its annual congress. The sixth edition of the Red Fruit Congress will take place on September 15 and 16 in face-to-face format at the Casa Colón in the city of Huelva.
The block of commercial opportunities in new markets will be dedicated to the Nordic countries. These destinations have great development potential for Spanish exporters of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Alexandre Neves, buyer of red fruits in the wholesaler Everfresh, will inaugurate the block of presentations. Everfresh has been operating in Sweden and Denmark for over 25 years and is based in Helsingborg. The presentation will provide an overview of opportunities and trends in the Nordic countries, particularly in the 2 markets where the company operates.
Roger Nyqvist, CEO of the wholesaler Agrica AB and the online supermarket Porvoon Peruna, will continue with his presentation dedicated to the Finnish market. Opportunities, trends, sales channels and useful recommendations for Spanish exporters interested in the Finnish market will be addressed.
In addition, Fruit Logistica will organize an exhibitor space at Casa Colón, where attendees will be able to obtain information regarding the fair's opportunities for its next edition.
Fruit Logistica 2022 will take place in face-to-face format between February 9 and 11 in Berlin, under the slogan “Meet on site, connect again”.
Silvia de Juanes, Communication Director of FRUIT LOGISTICA for Spain and Latin America, stated that supporting Spanish producers is very important for the organizers of the fair. She stressed that they are very happy to meet again with the berry sector after these 2 years.
