A future world leader could emerge with the approximation of Univeg companies Greenyard Foods and Peatinvest , currently under study.
The three companies announced the current study for a rapprochement.
Combining them would create a new giant with annual revenues of EUR 3.7 billion .Univeg operates in the fresh produce industry , Greenyard Foods in the market frozen vegetables and canned while Peatinvest produces substrates for crops.
