European Meeting of the Chestnut

The chestnut industry gathers in Bologna (Italy) for the IVth European Meeting.

These meetings will take place on 12th and 13th of September. On Thursday 12th, the conferences will be held at the office of agricultural services of the region Emilia Romagna, Via della Fiera n. 8 Bologna. On Friday, several visits are planned in the chestnut groves of the region.

Producers and processors will share news and information, will draw up an inventory on diffusion of gallfly in Europe and biological control in Italy, will summarize on research and development of brown and chestnut.
