Very good results for Saint-Charles International companies in mastering and applying the 'Quality' benchmark

Very satisfactory 2019/20 results. The 62 companies involved in the DQSC have an overall compliance average of 92.7%.
A meeting was recently held to take stock of the actions carried out within the framework of the DQSC (Démarche Qualité Saint-Charles) in 2019/20. The results show, for the 62 signatory companies, an overall compliance average of 92.7%.
The National Union of Importers / Exporters of Fruits and Vegetables of Saint-Charles International, has just organized a 'Review' meeting concerning the 2019/20 report of the actions carried out within the framework of DQSC (Saint-Charles Quality Approach).
During this meeting, the results obtained by the companies signing the DQSC convention during the three-year audits which took place from January 18 to 22, 2021 were presented. The observations made show perfect control of the 122 audited requirements. Indeed, the results of these triennial audits reveal, for the 62 companies "approved" in the DQSC, a general average compliance of 92.7%.
For this 2019/20 campaign, the results show 201 'health watch' reports, 16 information circulars, 30 regulatory watches, training linked to the DQSC label for 155 employees, 185 audits carried out, as well as the performance of 2,096 analyzes in approved laboratories.
Despite the difficult health context, the momentum for progress is maintained. With in particular the project of setting up a new visual identity for the label, the advent of a new Audit, Consulting and Quality Support service intended for professionals in the trading sector but also in transport and logistics. As well as the next renewal of the Saint-Charles Quality Approach, in September 2021, for the period 2021/24.
Saint-Charles International is the leading European platform for the marketing, transport and logistics of fresh fruit and vegetables. Located in Perpignan, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, the platform generates 1.95 billion EUR and processes 1,768,000 tonnes of fruit and vegetables. The flows are mainly of Mediterranean origin.
