There are over 45 firms operating in Chile's prune export business. However, three exporters account for nearly 70% of total export volume. The biggest company, Prunesco, accounts for a little over 40% of Chile's exports. In 2006, Chile exported 4.200 tons of prunes to Mexico, 3.300 tons to Germany and 2.800 tons to USA.
