Increase in whole paprika exports from Peru in the first 3 months of 2022

From January to March 2022, Peruvian exports of whole paprika rose to 8.778.879 kilos from the 6.626.958 kilos shipped in the same period last year, according to the Agrodata Peru portal. The revenue increased from $22.486.309 to $27.907.219.

 

The main destinations for Peruvian paprika in the first 3 months of the current year were Mexico, with sales of $16.510.755 (59%), the United States with $8.261.818 (30%), Spain with $2.139.581 (8%), Guatemala with $619.921 (2%), and other countries that together accumulated $375.144 (1%).
