Dynamic walnut market in Germany

The German walnut market is one of the most dynamic in Europe. Indeed, its buying groups can sell huge volumes : in 2001, Germany imported 30 000 tons of walnuts and posts a 40% growth since 1998. For French operators, Germany is one of the first export markets.
