Cherries melatonin regulates the sleep and fights against jet lag effects.

Cherry would be the natural remedy to limit jet lag effects because of its strong concentration in melatonin.

 Melatonin facilitates to sleep and regulates biorhythms. Available on the USA as food complement, melatonin is sold in Europe against sleeping disorders.
 
 The University of the Sciences of Texas led studies on melatonin and indicated that cherries constitute one of the foods the most concentrated in melatonin.
 
 Cherries are natural alternative to absorb melatonin, regulate cycle of sleep and fight the jet lag effects.
 
 According to the scientists, melatonin must be absorbed one hour before the sleep wished during the flight, then during 3 evenings which follow the arrival, or according to the number of crossed time zones.
