Here are the 3 winners of the FLIA 2022, following the result of the vote made by the participants of the show (Photos: Fruit Logistica/Messe Berlin).
During the first 2 days, all trade show attendees were able to vote for the best innovation in the international Fruit & Vegetable industry. The result of the vote established the following ranking for FLIA (Fruit Logistica Innovation Award) 2022:

Amela Tomato“, Granada La Palma, S.Coop.And., Spain
The Amela tomato is an innovation developed in Japan. By reducing watering to a minimum, sugars and acids are concentrated. Amela is characterized by high Brix values and a high content of nutrients and amino acids. This guarantees a good taste balance. Available in sizes between 50g and 140g.
