Disinterest for winter vegetables

If consumers are no longer interested in last winter products, such as cauliflower and endives, consumption in summer vegetables isn't better. There's a strong competition between all the production basins concerning cucumber and courgette and there's little demand for early potatoes. Only early carrots export well.
