Creation of a new brand for the " Cooperative Fruitière Quercy Gascogne"

Founded in 1998, the “Cooperative Fruitière Quercy Gascogne” was born at the initiative of several producers anxious to share their production techniques and the know-how for tree production.

They now want to develop short circuits to get closer to consumers but also to enhance fruits from the Valley of Quercy and Gascony. A trademark "Fruit des Vignes” has been elaborated to distribute products to professionals of fruit and vegetables.

The cooperative now has 40 producers for a total of 12 000 tons allocated as follows:

- 64% of apples (Golden, Gala, Fuji, Chantecler, etc..),
- 20% of plums (Americano, President, Reine Claude)
- 12 % of grapes (Chasselas, Muscat, Danli, Ribol),
- 2% for  cherry
- 2% for other (strawberry, peach / nectarine, kiwifruit)
