Mozart would improve taste of bananas

While studies have shown that Mozart's music does not increase IQ, but often has calming effects, nothing exists on its influence on fruit.
The Japanese company Toyoki Chuo Seika, based in the Hyogo region, which receives regular bananas from the Philippines, has installed loudspeakers in ripening rooms.
Two works by Mozart, "Quartet No. 17" and "Piano Concerto No. 5" are streamed for one week.
The result would be a sweeter fruit according to the company Toyoki Chuo Seika. The first batches of "Mozart Bananas" have been sold at 300 yen (2.72 €). Demand is increasing. In the future, the company hopes to invest in large supermarket chains.
