Bonduelle restructures
To adapt its organisation to its growth ambitions and its internationalisation.
The Bonduelle Group wants to change its organisation to adapt to its development projects. The group will be organised around two geographic zones: Europe and outside Europe - with distinct characteristics and dynamics, and four business units:
Area in Europe:
- Bonduelle Long Life: will bring all the Group's activities in canned vegetables and frozen vegetables in Europe, national brands, Bonduelle and Cassegrain, as well as private labels for mass distribution circuits and catering.
- Fresh Bonduelle: will consolidate all activities
Outside Europe:
- Bonduelle Americas will bring together all the activities of canned vegetables and frozen vegetables in North America and South America, Bonduelle and Arctic Gardens.
- Bonduelle Development: activities and will consolidate the Group's development in the world, particularly in Eastern Europe and the Bonduelle and Globus brands.
This new organisation will be implemented early in 2013, to be fully operational by July 1, the beginning in the fiscal year 2013/2014.
