Blueberry exports rise 117% between January and April 2022

Between January and April 2022, the value of Peruvian blueberry exports reached $146 million, which means an increase of 117% compared to the same period of 2021, according to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur).
The main destination market in the analyzed period was the United States, with 55% of the total volume exported; followed by the Netherlands (23%), China (12%), the United Kingdom (5%) and other countries (5%).
The main producing regions remain La Libertad (49%), Lambayeque (22%), Lima (20%), Ica (8%), Áncash (7%) and Piura (5%).
