Poland decreased mandarins import in 2013
According to the official statistics data, Poland decreased mandarins import volumes from outside market in 2013. Due to the latest data, Poland imported more than 142 mln tons of mandarins to the domestic fruit market last year. These figures are 12% less comparing to the previous year numbers. Spain is considered to be the top supplier of mandarins to Poland. Spain delivered around 200 thousands tons (80%) of mandarins to Polish fruit market in 2013, this amount is 10% less than previous period number. Other big suppliers are Italy (10%) and Greece (4%).
