The forecast of production of fresh apricots in Spain predicts total volume of produced fruit at the level of 128.000 tons. Total area of apricots trees is 20.500 hectares and the yield is estimated for 6,7 tons for 1 hectare.
Export fresh apricots from Spain is possibly to reach, for Germany 11.000 tons, France 6.460 tons and for Italy 5.930 tons.
As refers to import of apricots, estimations say that France may supply about 840 tons and Chile 40 tons of fresh apricots.
