In Japan cabbage is one of the TOP 3 products of the most consumed vegetables. An agribusiness company is offering a brand new product: a cabbage flavored jelly.
Mimatsu Foods is growing its cabbage products. After last year's offer of Cabbage Cider (cabbage cider) the company offers: konjac jelly flavored with cabbage extract.
Ingredient in Japanese cuisine konjac is also often used in diets. It is very low in calorie and requires a real chewing, thus causing a satisfaction of the appetite faster.
Cabbage Jelly, according to the first consumers who tested the product, offers an intense flavor of cabbage but lacks a little sweetness.
