Smaller crop to produce high mango prices
Australia

The Australian mango industry predicts its crop this year will be one-third the size of last, limiting how many of the fruit will be on the shelves.
Most of the mango-growing regions in northern Australia have experienced a fairly wet and warm winter, and the fruit needs a cold snap to induce good flowering and big crops.
The Australian Mango Industry Association says retail mango prices are likely to be higher this season.
