Came from Germany, Italy, Portugal, experts in agriculture have gathered in Spain.
The "Day of Agriculture and ecological breeding" was organized by the University of Extremadura. Ulrich Schmutz, from Humboldt University of Berlin, has pronounced the inaugural speech on the assessment of economic, social and environmental challenges of organic farming.
This expert believes that organic production, which currently represents 5% in the European Union, will rise to 10% in the next 10 years. The demand for these products is booming and will continue.
