Total Produce now owns 50% of Frankort & Koning following the finalisation of the agreement announced in December.
The acquisition agreement, announced last December, is finalised.
Total Produce plc has completed its acquisition of 50% of Frankort Koning & Beheer BV Venlo ("Frankort Koning &") and its subsidiaries. The agreement concerned the participation
of Frankort & Koning for € 15 million, comprising cash consideration of €6 million and a consideration payable in the coming years if certain profit targets are met.
Total Produce has announced receipt of regulatory approvals for the acquisition.
