It's the high season for "Sucrine du Berry" at Bezert

Specializing in squash and pumpkins, the company Bezert (producer, shipper, exporter) is installed in the Vaucluse.

The production runs from July to October , totaling over 2,000 tons whose 3/4 are exported to France and Europe (especially Holland, England, Switzerland , Belgium ) .

Currently it's the high season of " Sucrine Berry ", a new variety that has the color of nutmeg and qualities of Butternut . Her skin is thinner and its meat is tasty , the " Sucrine Berry " is perfect for all culinary preparations.
