There is often an abundance of food consumptionduring during night meals ( sweets, pastries ... ) during Ramadan , the holy month of fasting which begins today for millions of Muslims.
A healthy diet is however possible according to nutritionists. First you must stay hydrated in the evening when breaking the fast in large quantities (water, tea) and the morning before the resumption of fasting.
In the evening the first meal should include vegetable fats (olives , nuts , avocados) , fruit, drinks (water, tea).
The meal before bedtime (1 to 2 hours after the first meal) must include 1 soup, white meat or fish, 1 bowl of green vegetables cooked or raw , drinks (water, herbal tea, tea).
The morning meal is intended to take all day, with for instance 2 bowls of soup , cheese or 1 bowl of cottage cheese, 1 meat and 1 fish, 1 bowl of starchy foods, fruit, drinks.
