Endelis and DirectEndive will merge on January 1st

The French companies: Endelis and DirectEndive  have decided to merge in order to constitute a sole entity named Endelis on january 1st 2009.

This move has been decided in order to:

- to better organize the trade,

- to unite production

- to diversify the products range

By joining complementary expertise of both Endelis , expert in production and DirectEndive, expert in sales, this move is a win-win  agreement.

Doing so, producers keep control over sales of their production. Shares of the new entity will belong to producers, members of the producers organisation named: "Soleil du Nord".

The new organisation will make all efforts to:

- keep satisfying customers and partners,

- to develop the image of the Cambressis production area,

- to operate more efficiently thanks to bigger volumes dealed

- to develop a sales team in close relations with the producers.
