Van Assche O. taken over by Ringoot

After several months of negotiation, Mister and Misses Van Assche have decided to sell their company to Ringoot Nv.

The company still trades under the name Van Assche and will keep its stand on the Brussels European wholesale market, next to the company Ringoot who will go on with business as usual.

Both companies will keep their own phone as well as fax numbers.
