Stand out with marketing since 1998 " Les Belles Salades de Provence " are produced in the Southeast of France which benefits from an exceptional period of sunshine for a maximum production.
Provence became the 1st producing region of winter salads, more than 11 varieties are available: lettuces, fair and red batavias, fair and red oak-leaves, fair lollos and red, chicories, frizzy, Roman and rougettes.
Salad-Provence is a collective commitment of 250 producers and traders-senders to guarantee the freshness, the quality, and the safety.
Freshness: salads are sent at once thanks to a big logistic capacity, and are directly fields instead of sale in maxi 24 hours.
Quality and safety are guaranteed by the strict respect for a robust specification by all the producers.
