FJ
It is urgent to reconcile the French youth with fruits and vegetables. According to the study ( FranceAgrimer / Interfel / ABC ), which has just been published 40 % of them eat less than one fresh fruit and vegetables a day.
Several reasons for this. First the family, only 35% of mothers ate at least one fruit or vegetable per day when they were little , and have not educated their children to eat more fruits and vegetables. Then subjecting to the desires of the " boy king " who can choose what to eat from a young age.
Yet , it all starts well for small French :from 0 to 5 years old 6 children over 10 has eaten 1 fruit or 1 vegetable each day. Then the next stage (6 to 12) Fruit and vegetables begins to erode with 1 in 3 children who do not eat. Finally, the oldest (13-18 years) consumption collapses with only 1 over 4 eat 1 fresh vegetable daily.
