Ukrainian organic vegetables stay ahead of the competition in EU market

According to the recent data, Ukraine has all the chances to become #1 supplier of organic vegetables to the European market. Vegetables main producers in Ukraine are basically separate farmers, who grow 97% of potatoes, 88% of all the vegetables and 96% of all the fruits. Farm enterprises produce only 8% of all the vegetables in Ukraine. Based on the latest information, fruits and vegetables yielded by local farmers, are usually grow without usage of any mineral fertilizers. In case Ukrainian farmers team up for the environmental cooperatives, they will be ahead of the competition in EU market.
