FJ | Pom'Alliance SA
Together POM'ALLIANCE and POMUNI will be able to take up the challenge of creating value for the sector.
To exploit synergies and play their complementarity in the fresh potatoes sector, the two companies join forces. POM'ALLIANCE has acquired interests in POMUNI FRANCE and the Belgian group POMUNI has entered the capital of POM'ALLIANCE.
The objectives of this close collaboration are many. On the one hand, the entities are complementary both on production and on commercial specialties. On the other hand, the synergies that the two companies will be able to operate together are an asset for the fresh potato sector. Varietal development, ecological stakes, support for producers, so many issues that require an optimized approach with resources gathered.
The two structures, POM'ALLIANCE and POMUNI FRANCE retain their own business activities and policies.
POM'ALLIANCE collects and packages between 200 and 250 000 tonnes of fresh potatoes per year and exports to more than 20 countries. POMUNI FRANCE is the French branch of the POMUNI group, based in Belgium. POMUNI FRANCE sells 65 000 tonnes of fresh potatoes and the POMUNI group works 100 000 tonnes per year in Belgium.
