The next edition of ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA will take place from the 5th to the 7th of September 2018 at AsiaWorld-Expo.
ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA 2017 received 13,000 trade visitors from 76 countries, representing a 16% increase in visitor numbers compared to the 2016 fair. A result that confirms ASIA FRUIT LOGISTICA as the leading trade show for fresh produce in Asia.
New attendance record for the 2017 trade fair (September 6-8) with 13,000 visitors. About 70% of visitors came from Asia, with 20 different markets in the Asia-Pacific region represented. The main origins were China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan and Australia.
Visitors traveled to a trade fair that has grown by almost a third, in terms of exhibition space, compared to last year. A total of 813 exhibitors from 43 countries participated, as well as 24 national pavilions. China remained the largest exhibiting country (+ 50% compared to 2016), the other main countries exhibiting were Italy, Egypt, Australia, Spain, South Africa.
Nearly half of the exhibitors come from Asia and Oceania. Europe accounted for nearly a quarter of all exhibitors, followed by the Americas (15%), Africa (12%) and the Middle East (4%). Also this year, five countries made their debut at the show: Costa Rica, Finland, Jordan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
