Exports of blueberries far exceeded the expectations of Peruvian producers .
The organization SIERRA EXPORTADORA reports that exports of blueberries in 2015 reached USD 94.2 million in value , which is 3 times more than in 2014 ( USD 30 million).
The producers located in the Andean regions , such as those installed on the coast , have all contributed to this good result by increasing production volumes . If growth continues at the same rate output , exports in 2016 could total USD 200 million.
