UGPBAN boycotts the French distributor Intermarché

The Antilles producers refuse a too low sale price.
Bananas producers of Guadeloupe and Martinique decided not to serve any more Intermarché (French distributor & supermarkets) in bananas of French Antilles.
The West Indian producers rebel against the too low prices of the distributor which proposed Banana of Guadeloupe and Martinique at 0.69 € per kilo that is half of the usually practised prices.
Groupings Union of Bananas Producers of Guadeloupe and Martinique (UGPBAN) thus decided not to serve any more Intermarché in bananas of French Antilles.
