As part of the country's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25), the National Development and Reform Commission has announced a development plan to improve service capacity and increase the efficiency of the cold chain logistics sector.
With the construction of some 100 national logistics bases during the period of this XIV Five-Year Plan, the head of the Commission, Zhang Jiangbo, announced that a first batch of 17 bases has been built.
