Colorado: Pepper and beans three-day festival
Pueblo Chile is the most famous Chile of this region, hosting this fall the 24th annual Chile and Frijoles Festival, the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce's showcase of local agriculture.
This is a major celebration to those who grow and harvest it, taking place Downtown, starting Friday at 3 p.m. and running through 6 p.m. Sunday.
Attracting an estimated of 140,000 people throughout the country, due to the array of vendors, demonstrations, contests, live cooking demonstrations and free samples, and music.
Local farmers will be selling different types of peppers, including the Pueblo Chile, bell and yellow wax peppers, sweet & hot Anaheims and jalapenos.
